Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, February 20th 2024.

– ACE Esports League, a Grupo Vívaro subsidiary, was selected by PGL, an innovative and independent eSports company, and game developers Valve, to produce and transmit the Counter-Strike 2 RMR (Regional Major Rankings) Americas 2024, the classifier round of one of the most popular esports around the world: the Copenhagen Counter Strike 2 Major 2024.
From March 1st to 4th, 16 teams, with a total of 96 elite players from Argentina, Brazil,
Chile, Mexico, Colombia, the US, Canada, among others, will gather at a venue
prepared by the experts of Liga ACE Esports in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León,
to win one of the five available places to compete at the Copenhagen Major 2024, to
take place from 17th to 31st of March, match where the finalists will compete against
European and Asian teams, for a combined bag prize of 1,025,000 USD.
This will be possible thanks to Game Operations and Broadcast’s infrastructure that
ACE Esports League will transport to the venue.
The European and Asian regional RMRs will take place in Bucharest, Rumania; and
Shanghai, China.

For the second year in a row, a 100% Mexican organization, ACE Esports League, has
been granted the Official RMR Americas Producer contract.
Last year, ACE Esports League, led by its CEO, Octavio Echeagaray, demonstrated
having highly capable personnel to produce the event at a professional level and that
are able to amass more than 20 million spectators online and more than 90 hours of
broadcast.
All of the above wouldn’t be possible without Grupo Vívaro’s support, a 100% Mexican
company as well, telecommunications pioneer, with more than half a century of
experience.
“We’re very proud of having been selected for a second year in a row to host, produce
and transmit one of esport’s most popular global events,” said Gustavo Mario De la
Garza Flores, Vívaro CEO. “This makes evident the maturity and competitivity of our subsidiary, ACE, that has shown having the talent, capacity and infrastructure required
by this industry dynamic.” It should be pointed out that Mexico will be vying for a ticket to Copenhagen through “Marke”, a Nouns Esports team member.
